FABRIZIO SANTORO, Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Alto Investments’ founder developed the lucrative and well‐calculated investment strategy that has made his company an effective and successful business through various economic cycles during his 20 years of leadership.

The acquisition model works because his highly systematized research and development team monitors all factors affecting the local marketplace and buys accordingly.  His successful formula for identifying properties and creating business opportunities continues to keep the company ahead of the curve in the real estate market.

Fabrizio has a hands-on approach to business, from selecting and training employees to managing every aspect of each client property portfolio.  Under his guidance Alto Investments has grown to become the premier facilitator of foreclosed properties and distressed assets in South Florida.

JANETH RAMIREZ, Head of Accounting (2009-Present)

Janeth is responsible for managing all accounts, bookkeepers, property managers, construction managers, and vendors in regards to all of the financial and operational aspects of Alto Investments. Her expertise and ability to effectively handle a multitude of varied responsibilities, is the “glue that holds it all together”, allowing the other leaders within the company to focus specifically on their vital primary job duties.

Janeth has a diverse financial background and has been involved in over $60 million of real estate acquisition, construction, development and disposition activities in the real estate industry.  Janeth has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting at Northern Arizona University.

LUCA MARTUCCI, Brokerage Manager (2011-Present)

Manages functions and employees including:  acquisition – determining market and rental value; lease-up and tenant Relations – advertising, qualifying/selecting tenants, showings, processing rental agreements, collecting deposits and rents, enforcing rental agreement terms, resolving tenant complaints, minimizes vacancy rate, oversees eviction proceedings if necessary; asset management – schedules maintenance and repairs, negotiate contracts with vendors, regularly inspects property to ensure it is in good working order, quickly resolves emergency maintenance issues; financial reporting – keeps financial records from property operations, creates monthly financial reports for property owner.  Owner Relations – keeps open dialogue with property owner on vacancies, tenants, physical condition of property, financial issues.

Acquisitions Team

Our acquisitions team is responsible for the management of sourcing, analyzing, and purchasing of real estate investment opportunities for our account, and our institutional clients, as well as developing our investment modeling and forecasting to identify new opportunities, and mitigate risks.  In the past four years we have purchased over six hundred residential units for rental/resale purposes.  Specializing in distressed residential assets, we have acquired over 1000 homes totaling over $153 million.
